The North Carolina Values Coalition, along with other leading pro-family groups, submitted a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee chairs regarding the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson, who is being promoted by deep-pocketed pro-abortion groups such as Planned Parenthood and NARAL. With Roe vs. Wade being challenged this year, the nomination of an abortion activist to the Court is on the wrong side of history.

A refusal to answer simple questions is clearly a lie from a deceiver. We need real persons as judges not deceivers. This person who does not seem to know if she is a woman or not is therefore not qualified by simple reason and because the President said he wanted an Black woman. She can’t tell us she is a woman. Under advise and consent this in not advisable and has no consent from the Senate or the President.
