On the morning of December 5th, oral arguments will be held at the Supreme Court for 303 Creative v. Elenis.

This case is an important one for religious freedom and the First Amendment. At the core of the case is determining the question of whether the government can force Americans and artists like 303 Creative’s Lorie Smith to speak and create contrary to their core Christian beliefs. To learn more about the case, check out our sister organization’s brief here, or visit createfreely.org.

On the morning of December 5th, we’ll be joining ADF and a number of our pro-values friends in D.C. at the steps of the Supreme Court to support Lorie Smith and free speech. The rally will include a great line-up of speakers who will be delivering remarks on the importance of the First Amendment.

If you are able and interested in being a part of history, and would like to help us advance the cause of religious freedom, would you consider joining NC Values and others in D.C. on December 5th? Email [email protected]g for more information.
