Charlotte Mayor Jennifer Roberts has publicly announced one of her top priorities is to place restrict the work of pregnancy centers and pro life groups before leaving office in December.  Any one of these will greatly impede the important work that LOVE LIFE Charlotte and its partner organizations are doing at the abortion center.  These restrictions include:

- No Parking/Standing restrictions on Latrobe Drive

- Modifying the sign ordinance to restrict signs outside abortion clinics

- Updating the sound ordinance to restrict amplification outside abortion clinics

- Creating a 'Buffer Zone" to completely restrict our activities

As business and faith leaders of Charlotte, we hereby request the members of the Charlotte City Council, including mayoral candidate Kenny Smith, who also serves on the  City Council’s Community Safety Committee, to request Robert Hagemann, the City Attorney, to provide his legal opinion on our work.

757 families have been saved since 15,999 participants walked in prayer and unity to bring a culture of love and life in our city. We encourage you to join us on our 40 week journey that ends on a historic walk on December 2, 2017

Please note this petition is for Sr. Pastors and leaders only. If you attend a church or are involved with a ministry, please pass this link to your pastor so they can sign.

We are asking the City of Charlotte:

"Can the City of Charlotte effectively ban the citizens of Charlotte from continuing their ongoing efforts to prayerfully and lovingly provide helpful free information and needed medical and maternal care services to pregnant women and the fathers of their unborn children on the public street and sidewalks adjacent to the APWHC (A Preferred Women’s Health Center), located at 3220 Latrobe Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211?"
