Dear Attorney General Roy Cooper,
I am tired of the outright lies and misinformation being tossed around by the media and activists about HB2. I'm tired of the bullying of big businesses and sports organizations like the NCAA and the ACC. I'm tired of the attempts by Obama's Justice and Education Departments and states like New York to impose their radical values on North Carolina.
Most of all, I'm tired of our Attorney General failing to do his job to defend the privacy rights and safety of women and children. You have gone too far.
Your bathroom plan lets any man at any time enter a woman's bathroom simply by claiming to be a woman that day. No one is exempt. Even registered sex offenders could follow women or young girls into the bathroom or locker room, and no one can stop them.
Do your job as Attorney General, and defend the privacy rights and safety of women and children.
The People of North Carolina
